If you prefer to order by phone, our hours of business are: January - November: Mon-Sat., 9:00 - 5:00
Extended holiday hours starting the day after Thanksgiving: Mon. - Fri., 9:00 - 8:00 Sat., 9:00 - 5:00; Sun., 1:00 - 5:00 Christmas Eve 9-2PM. Closed all major holidays. (all times are Eastern Standard)

| Be sure all addresses are correct. We cannot guarantee delivery of incorrect addresses. There will not be a gift card sent with your order if no information is sent to us. Be sure to designate that portion of your order being shipped directly to you. Your Internet Invoice Total is not an exact total. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the exact total when your order is received. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIPMENT OF CHRISTMAS ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER DECEMBER 10TH. If there is any problem with your order, call our customer service department at 336-581-3141. In case of damaged shipment, be sure to save everything, including the shipping carton.
| Sales Tax Orders to be delivered in North Carolina include Sales tax on product and shipping cost.
Payment Terms
We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
Out of Stock Merchandise
Should we be out of a catalog item, we will briefly hold your order, or we will telephone you for instructions. With gift assortments, we reserve the right to make comparable substitutions when a specific product is temporarily unavailable.
During Warm Weather
We substitute items that may be damaged by heat with greater or equal value merchandise so we may deliver a gift in perfect condition.
Shipping
When choosing an approximate ship date, the Shipping Department will ship your order as close to that date as possible. Due to our rural location we can not specify an exact shipping date.
Standard shipping for continental USA is via UPS Ground. UPS delivery requires a complete street address. All physical addresses will be shipped via UPS. Postal and military addresses will be shipped Parcel Post. Additional shipping charges for Hawaii, Alaska & outside the USA will be billed separately.

We personally guarantee that every Scott Fruitcake meets our strict standards that it will arrive bakery fresh and keep it’s lasting moistness. After tasting our fruitcake and you find you are not satisfied with the quality of our cake, just return the uneaten portion to us within 30 days and we will be glad to replace your fruitcake or refund you money.
